elbkapitäne
I worked for elbkapitäne as a freelancer and really enjoyed the team, the projects and their way of working, so I am glad to be back in a fulltime job! We are a middle sized team of quite senior professionals and realize mostly website relaunches using Pimcore as our technical base.
UX Strategy Consultant

Self Employed
Enjoyed the short but intense time as a freelancer and worked for different agencies during that time - 50% as a UX Designer and 50% as a Strategist. I used this time to work remote and schedule my working days as I liked. However, I missed working within a team after a while. I also followed my second passion which is photography and had the time to schedule a lot of freelance photography jobs which is a great and refreshing alternation to my desktop heavy job.

deepblue networks
Digital UX Strategist
- I worked three years at deepblue networks a digital agency based in Hamburg, which is a part of the Scholz & Friends Family. As a digital strategist with focus on UX I was the analytical part of the creative teams, often doing a debrief with customers or working sessions to better understand their problems. Together we developed new product ideas and further in the product launch cycle I took over the UX Lead part, developing concepts and bringing the ideas to live.
- "What is the problem?" understand user problems, company pain points, market challenges
- "What do we want? Where should we start?!" develop a vision + define working mode
- "How can we solve this problem?" visualize ideas, new concepts, set goals
- "Are we actually solving our problem now?" measure performance, analyze insights & drive constant optimization

foodboom
Junior Product Manager
My most delicious job was at foodboom - a startup creating food content, based in Hamburg. I was responsible optimizing the website - so everyone would find the yummy recipes as fast as possible. The content management did not fit our needs, so we also developed a proper CMS, that would make it super duper easy for our content creators to hack in the videos, recipes steps and ingredients. As a brand the goal was to support the user through his whole cooking journey. So, what would be more handy than having an own food recipe app? 🤳 Or even an Alexa skill, reading the steps to you, while your hands are busy chopping? Well, let's say I did both and only one of them was really successfull.
